Returns

All sales are final. All items are handmade, made to order items, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges or process refunds for any purchases once an order is placed and production has started.

If you believe you were sent the incorrect item in error please reach out to us as soon as possible  at ESTABLISHEDCOUTURE@GMAIL.COM so we can correct any issue that you may have.

If you believe you have an alternate reason that you need a return, please reach out to us at ESTABLISHEDCOUTURE@GMAIL.COM and provide us details of your request. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
